Bike Pick Up

Bike pick up is at the upload lot between 9am and 1pm just north of the fairgrounds off 64th. Look for the trucks (south side of the road). Please refer to our parking map for more details. Anyone who cannot pick up at this time, we'll have to contact to retrieve their bike later this week as we will have to find a place to store them.

Friday, August 28

Secured overnight Bike Parking will be available on Friday, August 28 at Cloverdale Rodeo & Exhibition Fair Grounds. Riders are encouraged to drop-off their bicycles between between 3:00pm and 8:00pm, to avoid the difficulty of arriving on Day One with both bike and luggage in tow.

If you complete Online Check-In before August 26, you will also be able to pick up your Check-In kit, which includes: your bike plate, Ride jersey and other important event information.

All Crew Meeting Information

Special Notes: All Crew are required to attend this meeting to get last minute information, meet with their teams, get equipment, etc.

Shuttle Information

Saturday Morning from Ramada Hotel: A shuttle will take Participants from the Ramada Hotel on Saturday (only) to the Opening Ceremonies site; there's no shuttle offered from Holiday Inn & Suites due to it's proximity to Start location; please note that there will not be a shuttle back to the Ramada Hotel on Sunday and Participants will have to arrange their own transportation back to the hotel

Sunday evening from Finish site: Shuttle service and bike transport will be offered for Participants from the Finish Line site back to the Opening Ceremonies site

Time: Watch for the information in your Participant Centre and emails announcing that reservations are opening beginning in late July.

Reminders

Look for Riders on the road with a Polka Dot Jersey. This jersey is a symbol of success awarded to the first 10 Riders who reached at least $15,000 in their fundraising accounts.

Congratulations to all Riders who are joining us for their fifth Ride to Conquer Cancer. As recognition for their unwavering support they will be wearing a Golden Helmet, as a small token of the vast appreciation we have for their continued support. Golden Helmet pick up is located at Bike Drop off on Friday night AND Saturday morning at the re-registration and information locations.

Cheering Stations: Bring out big, colourful signs, smiling faces, and enthusiastic cheers to support the Riders. Please see above under Route Information!
